5 Stars. Clean and well equipped. Very friendly and welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. Easy car parking and a great area to explore. The owner gave great advice about local attractions (eg Gunton Arms, local canal walks in beautiful countryside). We really enjoyed our stay.
